2:00 PM	*County assembles for briefing by County Counselor.
	*Brief remarks from City Counselor.
	*City and County orientation
3:00 PM	Band candidates report to Bandmaster in the STUAC Assembly Hall.
5:25 PM	Dinner - (Letter home necessary for admittance)
Before 6:00 PM	Lower Flag (Staff)
7:30 PM	Assembly (Seated) - "Dedication and Orientation"  Note: All delegates must wear long pants at seated assemblies.
	Presentation of the Colors: ( County of Fish )
	Scripture Reading: ( County of Scheiberling )
After Assembly	*All students interested in working on the newspaper, yearbook, website, Power Point, Video, or as an athletic director must meet in the back of the STUAC assembly hall following the assembly. Citizens must return to the dorms after selection.
	*Lobbyists, journal clerks, and athletic directors meet in Little Theater in STUAC.
	RETURN TO DORMS
	*Instructions given by City Counselors in preparation for City Caucus
	*City Caucus
	*City elections after lunch on day 2
